This AML & KYC Policy is a public-facing statement for Echo Bet's pre-licensing website. Echo Bet does not currently provide betting, gambling, account-opening, deposits, withdrawals, wallets, bonuses, odds, betting markets, casino games, payment processing, crypto payments, or real-money services.

This policy must not be treated as a complete AML/CFT programme, a customer due diligence process, or evidence that Echo Bet is licensed, authorised, or approved to provide regulated services.

1. No customer onboarding

Echo Bet does not currently onboard customers, open user accounts, verify identities, verify age, process payments, hold customer funds, or allow gambling activity.

2. No financial transactions

Echo Bet does not currently accept, process, transmit, store, or withdraw customer funds.

There are no deposits, withdrawals, gaming wallets, player balances, betting balances, bonuses, crypto wallets, or payment methods on this website.

3. Future review requirement

Before any regulated, financial, customer-account, betting, gambling, wallet, or real-money function is considered, Echo Bet must complete a professional legal, AML/CFT, privacy, security, and compliance review.

This review should cover, where applicable:

customer due diligence;
enhanced due diligence;
politically exposed persons review;
sanctions screening;
transaction monitoring;
suspicious activity reporting;
record keeping;
staff responsibilities;
training;
risk assessment;
third-party provider due diligence;
payment provider review;
data protection and security controls.

4. No reliance

This document does not create any right to open an account, access services, or participate in regulated activity.
